Butterfly Plec!

I started my tank up yesterday, with a real plants, it's about 20L. I have 3 mino's, 1 zebra danio, 1 leopard danio and a butterfly plec.
I bought some 'Aquarium Algae Waffers' to help my butterfly plec, he doesn't seem to eat them. or do they just dissolve into the water? he's a rather large one.

Also my zebra danio chases the mino's, but it doenst look very friendly... Is this normal? I'm quite scared!

So the tank hasn't been cycled and only was set up yesterday.
You should never add fish for at least 5 days even if you decide to use fish to cycle the tank.
Fishless cycle is the best.
Read up on the nitrogen cycle.
Research the fish you buy for tank size, adult size, compatability.

The tanks overstocked.
Immediate water change and increase aeration.
I would take the bufferfly plec back to the lfs.
