where about are you hun if you cant cut the sponge then see if anyone close can donate some mature media to you

Hey how is your molly doing? I have a black marble molly and it has the exact same thing. Its a really large bump above it's left eye and he also seems a little bloated. I'm really worried and I don't know a lot about fish, so any tips would be nice.
