Bulb Blown

Simple question, What wattage was the light that blew?

Blue and white are the best colours to have with fish.

You can put a darker colour at night, I would suggest blue for around 2 hours after the main lights go out but not all night!

White or blue will not stress fish, Unless you keep on blue all night which means they get little or no sleep at all.

I doubt anything, 5watts is hardly anything in terms of light power.

I'll need to get a whole new lighting unit as I had the intelligent light. Hated it but it came with the tank so I didnt chuck I it out. Didn't think I could leave it on all night.
Think I'll go with this light but I'll wait for some other opinions.

I wouldnt bother buying it, think it was disgraceful of ReefOne to even make it >.< The colour changing effects give *me* a headache, let alone poor fish!! Who on earth decided strobe and flash effect colour changing lights on a fish tank was a good idea!? Even the slow colour change has got to be disturbing  for the fish as it cycles through reds and yellows and greens and blues and purples and oranges and whites... round and round and round....

And we have had *so* many problems with the controllers not working...

Stick with the 24h LED or their new standard lighting LED (the one they have come up with to replace all the Halogen light units they dont make any more)

I would make sure whatever you get is at least the same wattage as the one that blew. The eBay one looks rather gimmicky to me and I wouldn't bother with it.

I'll go with the plain halogen instead of another intelligent led.
