I honestly don't mind bugs so much (except centipedes), but these were quite... intimate.  That being said, those were some amazing pics.  It's interesting to find all that color in bugs.

That said, I love macro shots of Peacock Mantis shrimps!! They look so confused!!

Or Praying Mantis eyes! These guys are amazing, they actually have proper little pupils and you can see them watching you, they have such cute faces that even for a bug... you cant hate em!

They are indeed amazing, macro photography is one of my interests too.
 
MBOU - I liked the Praying Mantis shot, they are indeed interesting creatures.  I think TallTree01 would like that shot too.  I will wake him up to this topic
