since yesterday there seems to be bubbles on the edge of the water by the glass in my tank. the weird thing is that they are one three sides of the tank and seem to be in the centre of the glass....any thoughts?

Did you recently do a water change? Are you sure that they are bubbles? Airstone or bubble curtain?

I dont know what either of those are heres a picture of one side.

they are more of a lighter yellow than the picture shows

EDIT: No i havn't done a water change

What do you have in your tank (inhabitants)? They look similar to African Dwarf frog eggs...do you have frogs?

Most likely Cory eggs...Danios scatter their eggs in the gravel. Can you post a pic of your Cories (yeah, I know...could be difficult) so that we can try to sex them?

probably can't tell from the pictures but one if slightly wider and bigger than the other.

anyway while googling some say that it is normal in new tanks to have bubbles form up the top :/

It is normal for bubbles to form in a very new tank but those don't look like bubbles to me...bubbles would be clear. Are they attached to the glass or just floating around? Cory eggs would be cemented in place...

well they don't seem to move with the waters waves

You could try moving the water next to them with a finger. If it is a bubble, it will freely rise to the surface when disturbed at all. If it is an egg, they can be a bit difficult to get loose and just disturbing the water will not do it. Nosoupforyou is absolutely right about cories vs zebras. If eggs are stuck to the glass, don't blame the zebras. If the eggs are in the little gaps between the pieces of gravel, don't blame the cories. BTW when cories are actively breeding, it sort of looks like one cory is head butting the other in the side. Shortly after, the one using her head will deposit some eggs on the glass or a plant.
