Bubbles/foam On Top Of Tank

i have a 20gal tank with a south american cichlid and a dwarf pleco. there seems to be bubbles forming
around the top of the tank. i have a powerhead, filter and heater.

Whenever I get bubbles it's just from the filter output splashing on the surface of the water. It might be your filter.
