Bristlenose Plecs

How well do two male BN's get on with each other? I've got one Bn (L183) and want another Bn but given most of the shops round here are selling Bn's which are too young to start their bristles off its going to be a random chance of getting a male or female... and I don't want to upset Basil (my current bristlenose) (named Basil as in Basil Brush).

Given enough space and hiding places, they'll get along fine. I'd say you could do a pair of males in a 30g if you have a lot of hiding places like caves or wood for them to stake out territory with.

I've got a 270l (60 Imp gallons roughly) with bits of bogwood (couple small, 1 large) and several caves + plants for hiding.

Should be enough room for even a trio. I'd go with two pairs male and female though instead of three males.
