Fancied breeding my Bristlenose Plecos again, itā€™s been a while! So put the cave in and within a week they had eggs!
Couldnā€™t get a photo but you can see the cave just here.

I kept checking the eggs and once I was sure they had all hatched I moved the male and cave into a hatchery linked to the main tank.

Once the Fry started exploring out the cave regularly and gained a little size I moved the male and the cave back to the tank after separating them from the fry.

I am now feeding with algae wafers and cucumber, cleaning out every other day. Only lost one so far. There must be 50-100 in there! Getting the larger spare tank ready for grow out, hopefully they are ready to move before the pair have laid another batch!
My local LFS takes them for 50p a pop so itā€™s good for some feed or fish/shrimp. Very rewarding
