I have 4 albino cory catfish and 1 Bristlenose catfish, so I read online that when Bristlenose catfish get bigger they will eat the smaller fishes. Is this true? And if so if I get another bristlenose catfish that is smaller than the bigger one will the bigger one eat it.

No, it's not true.

BNs are pretty peaceful and, while I can see them accidentally sucking up a fry or a fish that had died (and most fish will do that), they won't eat normal, healthy, adult fish.

As already said BN's are fine to keep with corys. I keep a breeding pair of BN's with a school of corys and there has never been a problem. The only problem you might run into with mixing corys and bristle noses, is that a male BN can get territorial when they have staked out a chosen nesting hollow. The BN wont actively hunt down or attack the corys but he will chase them out of his chosen hidey hole, or may guard his food from corys.
