Brine Shrimp

Hi all,
I bought a mixture of brineshrimp eggs and sand and eggs but i need information on them.I need to know
What temp do they hatch,are they any good as food,would you reccomend.I really need to know the temp though guys.

I think mine hatched at 75 degrees. I feed them yeast.
