So i have Some Dwarf Cichlids in my 5*3*2. And have around 50Gallons devoted to a stacked slate cave network.

Can i mix in a pair of Brichardi into this part of the tank or wold they be toooooo violent when breeding.

I'm presuming you currently have American dwarf cichlids, so i really wouldn't add the Tanganyikans as they would be far to aggressive when spawning
you'd be better off setting up a 30G species tank just for them

no just different areas, for the different types of fish i keep.
