breeding pair of cichlids

hi everybody

hey there family I just got out of the hospital the other day feeling ok" got a new knee. any- way I want to start a family of cichlids in my 29/gal tank. Could anyone tell me which ones will breed fast and often and will be great eye catchers for others to see . I want something rare if i can find it "so don't make it to hard to find. ok thanx alot petkeeper2 ( waiting to hear from you great people)
