Breeding Lake Fish In 250 L Tanks ?

Is it possible to breed any kind of fresh water lake fis in tanks at 250l big if so WHICH ONE ! ?

The only things i can think of are Minnows, Gudgeon and Sticklebacks although there more river fish than lake. Most lake fish will get way to big or even if they do fit i doubt they will breed but with the smaller types you will be able to fit in more which should give you a better chance of breeding them.

There are hundreds, you could try species from lake Tanganyika, Neolamprologus multifasciatus are my favourite.
