Breeding Gouramis

I have a female and male dwarf gouramis

i was just interested to know how you can trigger breeding (water temp,more plants,types of food?ect.)

Feeding loads of live anf frozen foods, and when the female looks fat all the time she should be ready to breed.

Rearing the fry is the difficualt part, I've reared betta's and tried dawrf, but never reared the fry as their so small you need the smallest of live foods to rear them, so micro worms and vinager ell's are the best foods for the fry.
