Breeding Feeder fish

I have a snowflake eel who eats ghost shrimp and guppies, and I have 2 puffers that eat snails, and shrimp. Is there any way I can breed my own feeders in a 10 gallon . I would love to be able to breed them all in the same tank, but have no clue what would be involved. Any help would be good.

Snails and guppies should not be a challenge. I think ghost shrimp may be a bit trickier! I am including a couple of links that you may find helpful.
