Breeding Apistogrammas

I have a pair of Apistogramma bitaeniata "mamuri" which I am hoping will begin to breed however am a little worried as I bought what I believe are 3 x Red Neon Gobies, Stiphodon and although they do not seem aggressive they have taken over the caves I have in my tank and the apisto's seem to have nowhere to hide.

Does anyone know the compatibility of these? Also have 5 x otto's in there (60 litre tank)

Also any tips on breeding the bitaeniata would be much appreciated!! Have fed blood worms, daphnia, flake and pellets
