Breathing fast

HI!

Two of my Rams are breathing very fast and they are near the water surface. Their colors look a little bit faded.

Is this becos the oxygen level is too low? shud i increase the surface agitation so that more oxygen gets into the water?

I have a CO2 injection system that i set up yesterday but didnt calculate the CO2 level so mite that mav done something overnite?

I am definitely not an expert but from all I have read, you are correct that they are low on oxygen and it probably is because of the CO2. What are your water measurements for KH, GH and pH. If youhave soft water (as I do) you probably can't yse CO2 unless you add buffers to control the pH.
