50g tank, running with a filter, heater, an air hose on each side, it's divided in half, the gravel is pea gravel (looks great, and is a nice price), has a fry holder on the filtered side...

Being cycled with 15 gold fish on each side, and alot of feeder guppies.

We put some water clarifier in...

The tempature is about 80 degrees.

In our nifty drawer, we have the water clarifier, some hose holders, fish net (fry net coming soon), towel...Umm... That's everything I can think of off the top of my head. o.o

Using a 60gal 2 head pump, one hose goes to a small defuser in the right part, and the other goes into a waterfall ornament on the left side... As seen HERE.

What else should I have tucked away in the drawer down there?

Also, will a pleco eat fry? If so, what kind of algae eater/bottom feeder/clean-up fish, will not eat fry? (livebearer fry)

A gravel vac, and water test gear. You can never have enough buckets. :)

When I was breeding platys, the fry were in with a couple of foot long common plecs. The plecs never bothered the fry.

Alright, thanks. =)

We have the gravel vac...About 4 in fact. o.0 Not sure where they came from. Lol.

Yeah, the guy at the pet store told us that plecs would eat the fry. x__x

And do you know if cories would eat fry? I love my cories. =) I plan on moving everyone in my 10g into one half of the 50g, as well as 3 of my betta's. ^_^

I intentionally put a cory in with newly swiming angel fry. Helps keep the bottom clean, they never bother the fry.

Alright, thanks. ^_^

Thats great to now, since I'm putting the fish that are in my 10g in half of the 50gal, and there are 3 corys already there. Went out and bought some for the baby side as well, instead of a pleco.

test kits and gravel vac in the drawer. dont forget the food aswell haha.
In my platty fry tank I have 5 albino Corys and they never bother, I also had a small common plec a while ago but then moved him as he got a little big haha. all were fine with the fry

MEDS alot of em, you can never tell when your fish will suddenly be ill, and if the pet store is closed you will have the meds to hand :)

Thats what im like but they are kept in the kitchen cupboard. I have about 20 different meds haha. i wish i could keep them near the tank but small toddler on the loose

Yeah, I have my meds upstairs in my room. :p They'll be moved downstairs when I get my betta's down there.

Lmao, forgot to mention I had food down there.

Got the gravel vac x3, lol.

Fwee! These cory cats are just the cutest things when they're small. ^_^ I love watching them group together, cause I bought 3 albino, 3 pepper, and 2 panda. They all just love eachother. lol.

Speaking of....Can they cross breed with eachother? Pepper+albino, albino+panda, etc?

Cory's are just so peaceful. =)
