Right so i woke up this morning and i began my usual morning routine and about 9:30am began my regular walk to work. On the way i couldnt help but notice millions of ant holes everywhere on the way, that were unusually large/wide. I thought nothing odd of it at the time, i have no idea why i was looking at the floor, but anyway....At work (i work outside 50% of the time) i was constantly under sieze from millions and millions of flying ants. Obviously its that time of year when they randomly appear for a short space of time, thats when the unusually large ant holes were about. Well it hit me - catch em' and feed em' to my fish. So when i got home today i rounded up a few that were all over the garden and i just threw them into my 3ft, which has 3 Boesemani Rainbows, 5 Clown Loach, 3 Angels and my 6" male EBJD and his 4" female JD breeding partner. Oh my, they went absolutely nuts for it. My Boesemani's were actually leaping out the water from the force at which they sped to these ants and gulped them up.
I was expecting them to be eaten, but never a frenzy such as what i saw. Anyone else tried this?

The remaining few that scramble to safety on a floating plant didnt last either they were taken out in equally brutal fashion by my Dempsey
