could i plz have some help here, ive just come back with some frozen daphnia, problem is i havent got a clue how to use it, do i have to boil it?

thnx in advance guppy_man :D

only frozen food i've ever got is frozen into little ice cube type things, those you just stick in the tank as they are and watch your fish devour them!

don't know if they come in some other format that might need boiling though??

hi.
I feed frozen stuff all the time.mine comes in cubes.take a glass, mug or similar take some water from the tank you are going to feed with it and add the daphnia leave for a few minutes to defrost and pour into tank.fish love it.frozen bloodworm is usually a great hit also :D

What helsekia said, though you could use an eye dropper/ turkey baster if you needed to direct where the food goes. Also, make sure to not overfeed and to not dump it all in at once, ending up with a lot of food sinking to the bottom.
