Both Rams Now Flicking Against Ornaments

I have a Ram Chichlid that seems to be brushing against my boog wood like it is trying to itch. has no signs of any disease on the skin?? both rams are now doing this behavoiur. none of the other fish are doing the same. still no visual signs of disease after 4 days.

All water stats are good.
Tank size: 200ltr
pH: 8
ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate:20
kH: dont know

tank temp:

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): brshing against objects at speed like the mouth has an itch

Volume and Frequency of water changes: 20-25% weekly


Tank inhabitants: 6black widows 2 rams, 1BN catfish, 2 honey gornami, 4 bronze cory's, 10 harlequins, 1 angel 1 dwarf gornami

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Temp of tank.
Check the gills for being pale with excess mucas, or do they look red an inflamed.
Check the body of the fish for excess slime.

sex of the rams?
species of ram?
substrate?
diet?

Gills look fine, substrate is gravel, diet flake, blood worms and shrimp.

How often is he flicking.
Just keep a close eye on him for now and look for signs of excess slime or little white spots.
 
Check the temp on the other fish what they should be kept in first.
 
If you can't make the temp suit all fish in the tank, better of meeting the temp half way.
 
I would gradually higher the temp then.
