Both My Female Guppies Are Pregnant...

So I assume they're going to pop soon.

There are five tiger barbs in the tank with the guppies and not much else (a shrimp and snail which should be harmless, and a DAF, which I'm guessing will be pretty harmless too.

I have a large, almost impassible, wad of greenery in the center of the 20 gallon tank. I fully realize that some of the babies will get eaten. I'm fine with that, since my tank couldn't handle the fish load of all those fry. but will at least some of them be able to hide out in the densly packed plants until they're large enough to fend for themselves?

yeah hopefully, it should be like survival of the fittest if theres enough hiding places for them!! If not u'll soon have a second lot of fry!

lol hes completly right. if it doesnt turn out 4-5 weeks later you will be doing the same thing agian.
