Hiya Peeps,

I posted this... http://www.fishforums.net/index.php?showtopic=154259 ... last month and they have gone ahead and bought it even though they are unsure of costs to replace parts etc. However, i asked them if they had done their research as to what they could and couldn't fit in it and i got a blank look.

So i have said i will buy them a book to at least try and guide them in the right direction, cos whilst i have a large tropical and also some Goldies for my kids, Marine is somewhat of a unknown to me. But one day i swear it will be crystal and i will have that 6ft tank i seen recently... Let me have a minute whilst i drift off into a foggy dreamscape!

I'm back! Anyway, what i'm waffling about is can anyone recommend a really good book that will do for my friends? They have just about managed to keep a little Octagon tank going with 6 guppies in, so have really no fishy experience.

Thanks! I'm going off dreaming about my tank. It will be mine...

Love

My favorite two are by far, "The Conscientious Marine Aquarist" by Fenner, or "Aquarium Corals" by Borneman. Fantastic reads into the marine and reef world respectively.
