Bogwood Or Driftwood

hi i went out today and brought a piece of either bog or drift wood and it floats is there anything i copuld do to make it sink or is it just a bad pice that will always float

Mine woouldn't stand upright so I just buried it really deep in the gravel. Maybe that would work?

ok i have tried buring it and did not work becuas eits going in sand which isnt deep and ok i will leave it then thanks

hi, i have a piece of driftwood that i've had in my tank for nearly a year and it still floats unless i bury it. you could silicone/superglue a piece of slate to the bottom to weigh it down, or it may sink by itself after a while.
