my blue acara has been acting strange lately doing this kind of shivvering dance above a rock in my tank. well now he has taken to attacking inanimate objects!! theres a piece of redmoor root and an artificial hollow log. he charges them nudges them and even bites them. any ideas?? is he horny or just a nut job?

Hi Mark, mine used to the same, I believe he is just horny lol

I had both male and female at one point, eggs were every where, as bad as convicts at breeding!

Then after a while the male started attacking the female, liplocking and taking scales off her, so I gave the female
to a friend, soon after that, I noted the symptons you have said....bit like me sometimes lol
