Hi, I've got a 47 US gallon tank (180 litres) and was just wondering if a blood parrot would be ok in my tank with: 4 corys, 5-6 congo tetra, 2 angels, clown loach and a fetherfin syno?

The simple answer is no. You'd be overstocked, and your tank is not large enough to support an adult bloodparrot in the first place. In addition, clown loachs should be kept in groups of three or more and will also eventually outgrow your tank. They're slow growers, but can reach lengths of 15" and should be housed in a 90+ gallon as adults. Your featherfin syno will also outgrow the tank at 6" and should be kept in nothing less than 55 gallons, which coincidentally is an appropriate tank size for a bloodparrot.... so if you have the space and money for a 55 gallon they could be housed together nicely. :)
