Fish Crazy
Hi forum members. It's been a long time since I've logged onto this forum (3 years I believe). I came home today after being away from home for many months to notice my Giant Gourami's stomach is BLOATED!!! My mom takes care of my gourami while I'm gone in college and she does a pretty good job since I've taught her and she's watched me take care of fish for many years. My gourami is fed with high quality food with a combination of fresh fruits and veggies, weekly water changes (2 weeks without a change max), UV sterilizer, and lots of love. I've raised him for over 5 years and I've never seen this before. He has never been sick and it's impossible that HE is pregnant. Water conditions are good and temperature is fine. He is also behaving normally; full of energy.
