Black Widow Tetra Strange Behaviour?

Hi all, Long time user, first time poster.....
So I have only started keeping fish from August of this year as my therapist said it would be good for my mental health. So I bought a 60L tank with 5 black widows, 5 Rummy Nose, 5 neons, 5 Red Phantom and 2 catfish. All is well, tank cycled fine with no losses. But just recently the black widows seem to be acting strange, After feeding they sit at the front corner of the tank in a group just staring?? The only thing I can think of is that I have changed the make of food but it's still flakes or bloodworms?

Tank parameters are - Amonia 0ppm - Nitrates 0ppm - Nitrites 0ppm and PH is 7.00
So the tank in fine.

My ember tetras and sometimes my red eyed tetras will sit in their shoals like that. How long do the fish do it for?

Maybe 30mins or so....

My ember tetras like to shoal on the right side of my tank and sit like that , all facing the same direction for a good 15 mins plus sometimes longer a couple of times a day. The red eye tetras do it a couple of times a day but only 5-10 mins. The neon tetras just seem to keep moving.
