can anyone tell me wot size or age should i introduce my baby mollys to the main tank thanx

When their about the size not to get eaten by your bigger fish

General rule is as long as it can't fit in your largest fish's mouth, it can be introduce :)
Usually 2-3cm is fine, fry are pretty quick and responsive to danger

Dodgy, it depends completely on what fish are in your main tank. BTW, welcome to our forum here at TFF.
If you have a main tank that contains only well fed mollies, tomorrow would work out just fine. If your main tank contains some of the larger common fish like angels, it could well be months before your molly fry are big enough. Adult angels eat full grown neon tetras so you could use those as a size gauge.
