hard to tell anything from the picture. A description of what behavior the fish is exhibiting, how long you've had the fish, explanation of the water parameters and frequency of water changes, etc. would help.

Hello. That is one extremely thin fish. How long have you had it? What is your water change routine and how often do you vacuum the bottom material?

This specimen is a bit too skinny. The white on top doesn't have to be something that you should be worried about. Sometimes the black color vanishes or will fade, which is a normal thing in black mollies.
