To stay on topic, grimmy, try some bio-spira, i would normally never recommend it but, i mean, really......

nitrate should never be over 40,
nitrite should never be over 0
ammonia you said was over 1ppm in other post, that also should never be over 0
never said ph? but it really doesn't matter

do a 40% water change now.

nitrite over 0ppm is poisoning your fish. you need to do a water change now or your fish will suffer.

i got 20 percent water change and ill do more

just realized that this is not your topic grimmy. I'm sorry, we shouldn't have hijacked this topic like this.

*Edit*, Taken the wrong way, sorry to any who were offended. Lesson learnt :)

Great, I wake up to 3 pages of replies and get 2 bictches argueing over ponsey water test results? Lol, what did I expect  (Jks btw, dont get offended and start argueing with me aswell)
dont call us bitches and dont cock an attitude with me or a fish dude

Dont hijack the thread with silly argueing then and learn to take a joke. Topic over, thanks to everyone who had somthing to add :)

nitrate should never be over 40,

Rubbish. I have seen no evidence that nitrates of less than 100ppm cuases any harm (long or short term).

I do, however, no of people keeping fish that aare as sensitive as rays who have tap water of 40ppm nitrate, meaning they are never going to get it below that.

the nitrate is not what im worried about, his ammonia is over 1ppm and nitrite is over 3. thats what im worried about.
