Bigger Fish For A 33G?

i am wondering what types of bigger fish i could keep in a 33g.
i do love parrots, but not sure their sized tank.

Any suggestions?.

im sure some kind of south american cichlids would work, someone with experience could advise

A pair or single specimen of any of the following could work in a 33G long; Convict, Sajica, Spilurum, cutteri, Firmouth, Eliotti, Aureus, Rainbow cichlid, Keyhole etc...

Good sized Gouramis like Pearls, Moonlights and three-spots are another possibility

Disagree with this. They get quite chunky and are quite active so I would say a 35-40G tank min.
