I currently have four lovely girlie bettas all are different and all have different temperments i also have two male bettas a PK and a VT.
I have set up there breeding tank and have everything prepared ready for my first attempt at spawning them but i have come onto a new dilemma.
I have had the boys longer than the girls and they are fed twice a day on hikari betta bites and during the week they get some bloodworm or mosquito larva (when available) but the girls are still bigger with the main girl i want to breed with being much much bigger than both boys
.
The other girls are still stunning with one i believe to have some CT in her but she is the same size as my PK the smallest is my VT but have had him since october last year and he eats anything put in front of him (even my finger
).
Does anyone have any ideas as what i could do, is it worth the risk to put a larger female in with a smaller mal has anyone done this before if so what happened ?.
Cheers in advance for any help given.
