Big Fishy Day!

wasn't expecting them all tonight, but we got our new metal halide for the marine tank, our PFK aqua cube and some plants for Ian's tank all delivered within about an hr of each other

like waiting for a bus, the pfk cube and the plants we've been waiting forever for...... then 3 come along at once.

so since finishing work at 4 we've not stopped just messing around getting this light set up, Ian's still downstairs sawing at some wood to make a new hood cos the old one won't fit now then he's gonna move over his betta to his new home, then plants all his new plants properly .... phew busy night

think i'm just gonna get a bath

Did you order your plants from greenline? Because until yesterday they were on xmas break and any orders made over that period wouldnt have been sent off til 2nd Jan.

nah they were from aqua essentials, they were despatched the thurs between Xmas and NY, just arrived today, miraculously still alive after nearly a week in the post office sorting office!

take a day off cos we've had a busy evening?? god we'd never go to work if we did that

lots of fishy stuff last night but it wasn't all that unusual, we're fixing up the house so there's always something going on!
