I got a bloody big hill (at least it feels like it to me) outside my house and I have to walk up every day when I come home from my walk. The amount of effort I exert struggling up that would make it equivalent to the Himalayas. Mind you my heart and lung is stuffed and my hip, knees and foot hurt so that doesn't help.
