Bettas or piggies?

I saw something that made me laugh today, thought I'd share.

I noticed Dart swimming back and forth nose down at the front of his tank. He was kind of frantically going back and forth. Losing Punkin this morning still had me upset and the first thing that came to mind was that Dart was sick or something. As I got close to the tank I noticed he was really zeroing in on something. Like a dog trying to get a ball. I followed his eyeline to a little pile of about 5 pellets of biogold that I had left in front of his tank.
That little piggy was trying to get more food! I can't believe he could see them and even know what they were lying there on the table.

That is just sooo funny!!! My Betta just goes crazy when he sees me--he knows I am the one who feeds him--hopefully cures him of the tail rot too.

Mine have done about that before! Cracked me up so hard I could hardly even breathe. And it IS just like a Betta to do that.
