Bettas And Clowns

Okay, thanks. I know Clowns aren't really an option which is why I'm asking for advice on other tankmates.

There are a few loaches out there that stay on the smaller side. I don't know them off the top of my head, but I think you'd probably like them. I'm sure others will know which ones would be ok for your tank. Guh I have such a bad memory lol.

Cool, that would be great. If anyone has any names/links/photos it would be appreciated.

Loaches like plenty of water flow so even the smaller ones won't really be suitable. I'm sorry to put such a downer on your choices but it's finding the right habitat and needs for your fish. :/

Here ya go.. a loach website :D

We had some of these for a short time, but one got itself wedged up under a decor a died, and the other died of stress.. poor things.
They look pretty cool though.

I'm not sure if it would be the best for your tank (might want to go to the loach section of the forums and ask that)... but it's just an example of a loach that doesn't get large.

No worries, it's not your fault! I'd just like to find a nice shoul of some sort - preferably bottom-dwellers. I've heard harlequin resboras and danios make good tankmates but they aren't very colourful or active.

That's the biggest problem Thomas, finding a suitable tankmate!
The tank is too small for shoaling fish which makes it even more difficult for you. A lot of bottom dwellers like loaches and Plecos need plenty of room and plenty of oxygen.
I really do hope you find something suitable. ;)

The Khuli Loach looks alright... Still not sure though. Thanks for all the help guys.
