Ok, I'm treating with betta max but I'm a little confused 
. I made the tonic in a quart container like the directions say. When it says 1 part tonic to 2 parts fresh water, that means, lets say for example, 1 cup tonic to 2 cups water right? Parts are equal amounts right? So if I'm treating a 3 quart hospital tank, I'd put 1 quart tonic to 2 quarts water?
