Im wondering if bettas prefer to have a heater,
i know they are kept in bowls with no circulation or heaters what so ever which i believe to be cruel lol
but anyway
would they prefer to have a heater?
Im not exactly sure if they like it or not

Bettas prefer the temps between 75F-80F so yes they do

A heater for Bettas is a great idea. They do best at about 78 degrees F.

if they dont have a heater there more prone to infections and there immune system breaks down. and they become more stressed... so heater defo =D

Yes, I have had themin heated and unheated tank. They also tend to display more personality in heated water, so yes definitely a heater

Yes. They need a heater, they are tropical fish
