Betta With Posible Constipation

Don't know if it is. He is quite large just under his gills. He is about the same size as a pregnant female.

Does this sound like constipation.If so howcan i treat it.

To prevent this from happening again, it's good to fast him one day a week so that his body can rest and clean out his system. I usually do a water change on this day too
