Betta With A Lump

I never really realised that my betta has a lump on near his back fin. What is it? The scales don't look raised and he's swimming fine. Could it just be an abnormality? I've had him for about a week.

All my water parameters are 0 except for nitrate.

Are you sure? I hope it's not a tumor or something
