Betta Using One Fin?

Hi,

My Betta fish has stopped using one of his fins?

He seems fine in every other aspect, eating well, swimming well still, active, no colour loss etc etc?

Any ideas what it could be?

My male Caesar did that when I moved him tanks which I noticed he was a little stress with The move..stress bars on his gills and only using one fin but after he felt comfortable he started using both again

So it might be stress if he's a healthy fish or he might have hurt it? Idk just throwing ideas out
