Hi,

I am quite new to the hobby & have got a nice community setup in a 200 litre tank at the moment.
Tank is pretty much fully stocked & just requires a bit of tweeking here & there to get it how I want it.
However.....
Every time I got to my LFS I find myself really wanting a betta. I know it will not work in my current setup so I am exploring the option of setting up a betta tank. Do not want anything to big as it will be situated on my desk at my home office.

I am considering an Arcadia Arc 35L (See link below). Like the look & size of it & can just picture it on my desk.

Does anyone have any experience of this setup & could offer me some advice or maybe point me in the direction of a more suitable one?

Kind Regards

:D

That tank would be perfect for a Betta :good:

I agree, it would be ample space for a Betta, 35 lt is what, about 10 US gal or so? (Well 9.8 if my math is right) But anyways,
Does it come with a cover between the light and the surface of the tank?
Some Betta's (Like one I own) can be jumpers, I've seen mine jump 2 inches pretty easily.
If the tank doesn't come with a cover I'd look into one, or for the first week or two make sure that you don't fill the tank all the way in case you happen to fall for a kamikaze fighter :)

Thats the only problem I can for see with your tank

Most Betta's are happy to stay under water so chances are you should be fine ;)

The Arc35 does come with a cover :good:
