I need at 5-gallon tank with a mild flow filter. My betta is very active swims quite a bit back and forth and all around. I had purchased a 3 tank set up. But I really need a 5 gallon. Any suggestions?

There are a few 5 gallon tanks that may work for you and for a Betta.
And personally I like the Interpet 19l / 5 gal halfmoon pod. This is more suitable for a Betta imho.

And this I like too, a little larger at 30l / 7.5gals but is a neat tank, Tetra Art Explorer

Last suggestion that comes to mind is a Fluval Spec V 19l / 5 gal tank, you may need to adjust the filter flow to decrease the flow for the betta.

All of these images are from the Amazon UK website just to give you an idea of what they look like. I know you are US based but there is Amazon in USA as well anyway and am certain the same or very similar tanks are available there too.

Even though these are not the cheapest tanks but look real nice and am sure you can get them second hand in good condition much cheaper. I know this because I did this and I’ve got all these tanks second had too

Though I do not have the Interpet Pods anymore but still have the other two, nice quality imho.

But of course there are a lot more different 5 gal tanks out there and all at different prices and styles, am sure some folks will happily give some other suggestions for you.

If you can find a tank that you like, you don't have to use the filter that comes with it. Sponge filters powered by air pumps are very suitable for bettas because of their gentle flow.
