The glofish would probably be too active if they are danio, and the tetra glofish can get fin nippy. Molly, I believe get fairly big and might actually bully the betta. Although a betta community can work (I have done several), most betta are not suited to it.
 
I agree with @seangee. Keeping a Betta with other fish seems a bit of a challenge. There's the possibility of the Betta getting outcompeted for food or the tankmates nipping its fins. Not to mention the aggression level of the Betta.
 
It's really not a good idea to keep a betta in a community tank. He will be out-competed for food, his fins might be nipped, and he will be under constant stress because other fish will be in his "territory".
 
Another mention to the "no" category...

Some bettas are gluttons and you cannot regulate how much they eat in a community tank. And bettas are very prone to dropsy because of this.
