Betta Rescued!

i rescued me a beta today! hes decent in size....kinda a white-pink color with a magenta type colored fins...dunno what he is though....not a crown i know that much...ill have pics soon

his fins arent all puffed out yet i guess...so i cant really tell what he is...hes in a 5 galon filter/heated...right now hes just being kinda lazy? is this natural behavior for him...being in a new area that is

Every Betta is different. When I first got Xerxes the first thing he did was notice his reflection, flare up, and blow bubbles like crazy and thrash around. My female though on the other hand just hid on the bottom of the tank, where as our other Betta Constantine was in the middle of those two attitudes. Each Betta is different so I would just watch him He is probably just getting use to being in a new place and having this funny looking pink thing staring at him

AHHHH HIS TANK CRACKED had to take my 10 gal comunity and move it into my big tank!
so i could put him in the 10 for now! his name is Mongo-Jerry....dont ask why the name...my girlfriend named him....
one of them dudes from "cats" lol how ironic but hes just settling in now....i went to feed him and he kinda looked at me funny....and then atempted to jump from the tank he didnt make it though! he was really going for the food!
anyways im fixing his home and will put him back into it...the 10 seems to be a bit bright on the light and now my 28 is over filled so i must get things back to order
