hello again!
seeing as i am still fairly new to the world of bettas, i was wondering how the female bettas look different from the males, and also, i know that male bettas with male guppies is a bad idea, but what about female bettas with male guppies? if this would work my tank would just look sooo beautiful

thanks in advance for any information, Will

ermm the female bettas will be sold seperate they have smaller tails, aswell and i think guppys might nip them but i could be wrong

males normaly have longer fins unless its a pk
and no female bettas and guppies are still a bad idear as they can mistake them for a male betta

males have long extending, flowing fins and females have short fins. male plakats have short fins like females but these are not seen as much as your usuall veiltail or crowntail.

you can have more than 1 but you need atleast 4 to cut down agression
you could add corys shrimp some tetras that dont nip other livebeares

You need 4 or more females. In a ten gallon, 5-6 is a good number. Pygmy cories will work fine with them, as will small rasboros or endlers. Large snails like apple snails are fine, and larger shrimp like ghost shrimp or fully grown amanos should also be fine.
