I've just got myself a Betta Lifespace aquarium (well, it's for my fiancee, really) from Aquatic-Store.co.uk, but there doesn't appear to be a bracket included to attach the powerhead to the filter casing. I assume there is supposed to be a bracket, but the instructions are vague and vitrually pointless. Just wondered if anyone else had this tank and if you've had any problems with it?
Serves me right for buying a cheap and cheerful tank, I suppose.
EDIT: Just as a note, I sent an e-mail to Aquatic Store at 2:19 today and got an apology e-mail from the store owner at 2:24. Only 5 minutes response time! Quite impressive.
