I know my parameters are quite high. I did a water change a few days ago and plan on doing another one today or tomorrow. I was having some personal issues and wasn't able to change tank water.

I've also tried fasting for a few days but her stomach has not gone down.

your nitrite and ammonia are at or above toxic levels. Nitrate should ideally be 20ppm or less. So nitrate is the only thing right in your tanks. Do a major water change  ,50% or more, every day until nitrite and ammonia are zero.  ideally Ammonia and nitrite should be kept at zero.  How long has the tank been likke this?

It's been about two days. I will be doing a water change today. I knew I had a spike, but like I said I was unable to do a water change. :( Is this also why my fish is like this?
