Now I know there are a few disagreements about whether to use microworm or BBS when breeding betta's. So in my preparation for doing so, I'd like to find out exactly what is best.

Also, where is the best place to buy these items?

Hi when they first hatch they won't need feeding as they still have their egg sac, then on day 2 microworm, brineshrimp won't be needed for at least the first week when they should be able to eat them.

If you need cultures of any of the worms including vinegar eels give us a pm and I'll sort stuff with you :good: .

Yep, the first couple days they are not free swimming and still have their egg sac. Once they are free swimming start microworms or vinegar eels (or both). After one week you can add in the bbs. Don't feed ONLY bbs, or you'll wind up with lots of swim bladder problems. Switch it up a bit. They need variety even that young.
